Mikkel Pedersen

Pedersen has extensive experience from the marine sector. Mikkel is the founder of NOR Maritime Service that specialices in ROV services and solutions. He have for the last 7 years been specialising in robotic cleaning solutions for aquaculture. With over thousand hours of piloting ROVs and cleaner robots, Pedersen represents detailed user knowledge, enabling Probotic to make the clean sustainable solutions for the future.

Vilde Kvarberg

Vilde holds an MSc from the School of Entrepreneurship at NTNU, and an BSc in Business and Economics at Trondheim Business School/NTNU. Vilde is involved in the team through CoFounder, and has main responsibilities to plan and organize applications and business development.

Albert Sans Muntadas

Albert has a PhD in Engineering Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology . He is specialized in autonomous marine robotics, and has developed different control and navigation tools to enable underwater vehicles to autonomously dock, including the use of artificial intelligence to guide underwater vehicles. He has also been involved in the development of various robotic devices such as a medical rehabilitation devices, underwater vehicles and underwater robotic arms.

Sven Jørund Kolstø

Sven has started several tech companies in the aquaculture industry, and is involved in Probotic through the investment firm CoFounder’s engagement in the company. Sven’s key competencies are related to growing tech companies in this industry, and in achieving great results with finite resources.

Rune Andrè Hansen

Rune Andrè Hansen

Rune has a unique mix of a theoretical and practical background. He has a certificate of apprenticeship as an aircraft technician, certified as an ROV Pilot Technician and a Master’s degree in Business and Administration.
His experience within technical areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and mechanics comes from working on fighter jet F-16 in the Royal Norwegian Airforce and as an ROV Pilot Technician offshore. Paired with working in different administrative positions the latest years, Rune have complementary skills that makes him able to better see the bigger picture and identify solutions to emerging problems.

Tore Landsem

Tore is certified as a service technician in Medical equipment and holds a journeyman’s certificate as a gunsmith. Ten years as a fine mechanic and prototype developer at Norwegian University of Science and Technology together with great interest in nature, outdoor life, crafts and technology has given him broad technical insight and a great ability to be creative at the intersection of many disciplines. Landsem masters the use of most manual machining and hand tools for mechanical production and wood-working. With the customer’s needs in focus and interdisciplinary collaboration in a multicultural society, he has become humble in relation to others’ competence, opinions and culture.

Offshore/Oil industry:
Participated in project groups for structural design of subsea templates, deck frames for platforms, rig based equipment, top- and downhole equipment for drilling systems, on-and offshore testing. (Partly in companies as technical mgr.)
Local civil engineering:
Development of heavy, mechanical equipment and structures for mining industry.
Support for local based manufacturing workshops. Incl. special solutions, problem solving, idea visualisations, FEM analysis (static and fluid), shop drawings etc.
Development and design for local based manufacturing companies. (Soil thawing equipment, solar based wafers, light sources, building layouts, quarry planning, etc)
